Flatwoods staff members have worked on a variety of agricultural projects over the past decade. These projects have ranged from wetland delineations and permit compliance issues on small farms to the coordination of massive wildlife survey efforts, preparation of complex restoration plans, and construction oversight for large agricultural operations, including ranches and silviculture. These projects may be in preparation for conversion of the native landscape to new cropland, in preparation of harvest, or in support of ongoing activities.
